BEST HAM IN THE WORLD

You don't have to travel all the way to Spain for the acclaimed ham, as Flint Grill & Bar is bringing Joselito ham all the way from Europe to Hong Kong between 5 and 25 March during dinner. Have a taste of the ham as Head Chef Pieter Fitz-Dreyer has created three dishes to highlight the unique flavours of the meat. Joselito pigs are known to graze freely in the pasturelands feeding on natural grass that grows in the field, making their meat healthy, and rich in flavours and nutrients.
FOIE GRAS INDULGENCE

Treat your taste buds this spring to a flavourful indulgence at The Lounge's "Rougie" foie gras supper buffet. Available from 15 to 24 March, diners can enjoy the rich and creamy taste of French foie gras as much as they want, served in various ways including "Rougie" foie gras pâté, foie gras and mango maki roll, as well as pan-seared foie gras prepared at the live station. Meat lovers should definitely check out the beef Wellington at the carving station, which is stuffed with foie gras to further enrich the texture and flavour of the dish.

FRENCH OYSTER GALORE

From 5 to 25 March, Fish Bar will exclusively feature a selection of premium oysters from boutique oyster grower David Hervé, with special offers for oyster lovers to take pleasure in the flavours from France. On each day, Fish Bar will select six options of the season's best in different sizes from #1 to #4, ranging from Royale and Speciale to Ronce and Fine de Claire classic. Diners can order piece by piece, or at a reduced price for half and full dozens.
ASPARAGUS SEASON HAS ARRIVED

With spring just around the corner, it's time to enjoy the refreshing tastes of green and white asparagus. Flint Grill & Bar will be serving asparagus from Provence grown by seasoned chef Jerome Galis from 9 to 22 April. Freshly harvested by Jerome and his team in his family farm in Southern France, the asparagus is known to be of highest quality, and is served in the simplest way at Flint Grill & Bar's dinner menu to preserve the original flavours of the produce.
