Starting from 15 June 08, L'Eclipse will be featuring M6 Australian Wagyu Beef at both lunch and dinner buffets. You will be delighted by the exquisite cuts of Wagyu Beef, including sirloin, flank steak and rump steak, while the succulent and tender meat is going to melt the heart of every beef lover. Indulge yourself in the Palm Court Chocolate Bar now enhanced with Valrhona elements. Delectable chocolate creations including Triple chocolate mousse torte, Chocolate jelly with pineapple and violet and Chocolate lavender brûlée, specially designed by our Executive Chef, Mark Bannon, are readily available to satisfy your sweet tooth. For a break from the sweets, guests will also be served with a three-tier tea stand which features both traditional English and Asian style savory treats such as Honey cured gammon ham with cranberry relish and Barbequed duck tea biscuit. Also available is the finest selection of Valrhona pralines, ganaches and hot chocolate drink.
On top of these dainty items, 9 kinds of selected premium teas from the renowned tea brand – Ronnefeldt, will be served.
