Seafood extravaganza now staged at L'Eclipse with complimentary hairy crab served during dinner hours

From now until 30 November, join us at L'Eclipse for the seafood extravaganza staging throughout lunch and dinner. A variety of seafood like crabs, prawns, sea whelk, black mussels will be offered with themed action stations, such as Hong Kong style "Dai Pai Dong" with freshly poached seafood, Chiu Chow style oyster congee and black mussels cooked in French style will be served on rotation basis. Additional selection including freshly shucked US rock oysters, Alaskan Queen crab legs, poached Atlantic prawns & garlic and white wine sautéed clams will be served during dinner hours. And for those who crave for seasonal delicacy - the hairy crab will not be disappointed as each dinner buffet patron will receive one serving on complimentary basis.

Hairy crab season has arrived and award winning Chef Siu Hin Chi is ready to showcase his culinary skills by using hairy crab as ingredients in a number of dishes, such as braised superior shark's fin with harsma, hairy crab meat and roe; stewed egg white and soya ben milk with bird's nest; stewed prawns with Chinese kale.
